This small groups is for those that desire good health and information to improve their current lifestyle. Participants will obtain information and practical tips and learn how to incorporate nutritious food and fun activities into their life at their own pace.
Topics will include but not limited to: Label reading, salt/sugar, fat/protein, eating the rainbow, fiber/grains, healing foods, eating out, pratical movement, and fun activities.
