Let’s walk into Spring getting healthy.  This will be a self-directed group where you will receive information, locations, groups and support to start your walking journey. 

This will be a 6 week program with 2 Zoom calls,(3/21 at 6:00pm and 5/2 at 6:00 pm). Let's Get Moving!
