College/Career Ministry
The College Career Ministry is currently available for women from ages 18 to 25 (approximate age group). Due to space restrictions, we meet at Minister Susie's design studio, on the first Thursdays of every month at 7 pm. Our group is made up of girls from all walks of life, and in different places in their Christian journey. Our meetings are casual and intimate, a place where you can feel comfortable and invite your friends. Susie's studio is walking distance from VCU campus (corner of Robinson and Cary near Carytown), so make sure to invite your VCU friends!
We are currently studying the book "Trusting God - Even When Life Hurts" by Jerry Bridges. Its an awesome study and we are learning so much about God's sovereignty in our lives!
Even if you cannot join our 1st Thursday night studies, please join in on the book.We try to stay connected by Facebook and email, reporting our progress. Pick up your copy of the Study Book at the church bookstore for $10. The full book is also available at the bookstore for $10.

A Letter from Minister Susie
As you may already know, FFC is a place where we love on purpose and truly care about your walk with God. I was your age once (not too long ago!!) and remember vividly the challenges of school, work, parents, and relationships. Your 20's are years when you are truly learning who you are (and Whose you are!). You are learning to discover the reality of God for yourself, and you are making significant choices that will impact the rest of your life.It is so important, during this phase in life, that you meet with others who are going through some of the the same things you are. That's why we get together the first Thursday of every month at my design studio - to discuss the Word of God and how it applies to our current situations. We encourage one another and keep each other accountable. And we would love to see you there!
